Who owns my domain name?
We register it in our account so we can keep your site online. It is for your site's use, and we transfer it to you on request once your balance is paid. Moving a domain between registrars takes about a week.
Why monthly instead of one big payment?
The build fee is kept low on purpose. The monthly price covers the ongoing cost of hosting, your domain, security and your monthly change, so the site stays up and current.
Is there a contract?
There is a short written agreement with a 12-month term. After the first 12 months you can cancel with 30 days' written notice. It spells out what is covered, how billing works and what happens to your domain and files.
What counts as a change?
A small text or photo update, such as new hours or a new menu item. You get one a month free. Each additional one is $25. Bigger work, like a new page, has a listed price.
Can you add online ordering or customer accounts?
Yes. Both are add-ons with fixed prices. Online ordering runs through a hosted ordering tool, which charges its own processing fees.
How do I pay?
Through a secure billing portal. Choose bank transfer or card, and autopay takes care of the rest. You can see receipts and update your payment details yourself.
What if I'd rather host the site myself?
Ask us. We can deliver the finished site files for you to host anywhere. Pricing for that is quoted per site.
